I really, truly hate it.
But despite that, I still put myself out there, approaching new prospects and trying to build connections every single day.
Why? Because I truly believe in the value that we bring to our customers. I see it as my duty to help as many people as possible to get the very best freight service.
And I know we can deliver on our promise.
There’s just one problem.

They hear what we have to offer, understand that we can save them time, money and stress but they still won’t make the move.
It’s baffled me for years. I spent days and days trying to work out where I was going wrong? What was I missing? What was I failing to communicate?

I understood the problem.
I was doing a great job of selling what we can do for them, without realising the perceived pain they thought they would encounter if they made the change.
